Knights of Columbus - Activities 2020-2021

Adoration is an excellent way to spend some private time with Our Lord.

The hours of Adoration are from each Wednesday following the 8:00 am Mass until Thursday morning at 8:00 am. To sign up, call the parish secretary: Ms. Bernadette McLaughlin 603-863-1422 X 3.

Weekly Rosary Recitation on Sundays

The Rosary is prayed following the Sunday morning Mass with meditation that follows the Church's seasons as follows.

1st. Sunday--Vocations

2nd Sunday--Families

3rd Sunday--Life

4th Sunday--World Peace

5th Sunday (4 times annually) --Holy Souls in Purgatory

Lent

The Stations of the Cross are prayed every Friday during Lent. What better way to observe the Lenten season.

Monday Night Rosary

Every Monday at St. Joachim Church at 6:30 p.m. the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplets are prayed. This hour is open to all and is a wonderful way to ask for and give thanksgiving for all the blessings you have received.

Masses at Newport Nursing homes

The Masses at Woodlawn Care Center and SummerCrest will be celebrated monthly. The schedule will be posted in the church bulletin.

Programs for the next 2 months

The Business Meetings at Assumption Hall, are on the 2nd Wednesday and the Social Meetings are on the 4th Wednesday of each month, starting at 7 pm unless informed differently.
